- Remove from heat and allow to cool for at least 15 minutes.
- Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove the lavender buds.
- To mix the lavender lemonade cocktail, fill the bottom of each glass with 2 oz. of lavender lemon syrup, and top it off with 6 oz. of Prosecco. Garnish each cocktail with a lemon wheel and a sprig of lavender
