Italian greyhound is an entirely pink gin mixed drink made with new grapefruit, Aperol alcohol and a shimmering rosemary sugar edge.
This Italian greyhound pink gin mixed drink made with new grapefruit juice and a dash of severe alcohol hits the spot when you're needing grown-up refreshment.
There's actually nothing superior to anything slowing down with a glass of chilled rosé or prosecco by the day's end, particularly during the hotter months, yet occasionally a gin mixed drink is all together.
It's not exactly as unpleasant as Campari, with a modest piece more sweetness and increasingly complex traces of home grown citrus flavors.
I decorated this Italian greyhound by rimming the glass with rosemary sugar, which tempers the harsh edge of the grapefruit and Aperol with each taste. Rosemary sugar is anything but difficult to make: Mix 1 tablespoon finely hacked crisp rosemary leaves with 1/4 cup sugar.
